I am looking for a partner who can help bring the product to short-term rental operators through an existing audience, property management business, agency, community, or sales channel. This is a strong opportunity to test AI-powered guest operations in a large and growing short-term rental market. The initial partnership can start with a 90-day pilot and revenue sharing, with no equity required upfront. I am open to a deeper long-term partnership after measurable traction.
