I am a Finance major with a Real Estate minor at Santa Clara University, interested in financial analysis, reporting, and corporate tax. My experience spans real estate, consulting, and entrepreneurship. I worked as a Financial Manager in Dubai, handling property sales, lease agreements, and investment analysis, and later as an Independent Broker on a large-scale residential development project in Kyiv. On campus, I founded Enterfy, a startup connecting businesses with AI consultants, and participated in pitch competitions to test client acquisition strategies and business models. I also completed a consulting practicum with Davis HVAC, where I built a website, developed a client tracking system, and presented operational improvements to leadership. I bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and financial modeling. I’m eager to apply these skills in internships where I can contribute to impactful projects while continuing to grow professionally.
