Seeking a venture partner for development and commercial exploitation of innovative products in (non-IT) industries.
IdeaI'm now seeking to develop and commercialize my own creations - all designed to improve lives rather than TAKE them and my most immediate goal is to 'partner' with someone who shares similar interests in renewable energy in the transport industry.
I've a design for a device which could store the heat of an 'ICE' (Internal Combustion Engine) as the vehicle sits idle (unpowered) for subsequent release (reclamation) once the vehicle is again energized.
There ARE heat storage devices in the automotive industry but the only ones I've learned of depend on storing heated engine oil and due to small size this hot oil is largely ineffective at heating the engine block to the degree required for driver comfort. THIS 'thermal battery' will store the heat of the engine for 24 hours - even in frigid antarctic conditions without supplemental electric power as is the typical method used in aircraft, auto and heavy (construction) equipment applications world-wide.
Now, I KNOW much of the northern hemisphere is today sweltering in a deadly heatwave -with our southern cousins experiencing the same come our 'winter' but according to NASA research (I overheard while working on the HST project from the same NASA researchers who predicted a Manhattan Island sized asteroid in coming years) there's to be an abrupt reversal in the near future when present day arid climates give way to arctic chills. (Remember Texas' 2021 ice storm?) My battery will take in hot engine coolant for storage in a proprietary insulative material I designed decades earlier. Once the engine is about to be re-energized the hot coolant is released back into the engine block causing the highly viscous FRIGID oil to warm instantly and become highly fluidized to lubricate all working parts and wear surfaces - reducing startup engine wear which typically causes engine breakdown.
This device could be retrofitted to existing powerplants (yes, even stationary) such as the diesel-electric gen-sets of nuclear plants.
