Mazuz

I’m a trained chef with experience in high-end gastronomy and an entrepreneur with an international background. Originally from Germany, I moved to Switzerland and now live in Spain. My work also connects me with the frozen dessert industry, where I’m active in import and export. Through established industry contacts and agreements with production companies, I can arrange frozen dessert supply at truckload scale. I’m now developing MAZUZ, a distinctive dessert venture built around indulgent crumbles, desserts served in cans and eye-catching fruit creations, with more original products in development. I’m looking to connect with a committed partner who can help shape and grow the business. I bring culinary experience, product and supplier relationships, and a clear ambition to build a memorable dessert brand. I’m excited to meet someone who shares that ambition and can contribute complementary skills, energy and expertise.

Background & Experience I’m Mazuz, founder of MAZUZ, a new food and drinks venture in Spain. My plan is to build a distinctive brand focused on indulgent desserts, including crumble, tiramisu and cake served in a can, alongside iced drinks, coffee, matcha and a small cocktail menu. I bring practical, hands-on experience and a strong interest in creating a premium customer experience. I’m currently developing the concept, products and brand, and preparing the business for launch.
