I am based in Barbados and am interested in building long-term strategic partnerships around commercially viable ventures, productive assets, and scalable opportunities. My focus is on identifying opportunities where I can contribute meaningful non-cash value through research, strategic thinking, opportunity development, project organization, market research, business development, partnership development, and helping evaluate and structure potential ventures. I am particularly interested in joint ventures, strategic partnerships, equity participation, revenue participation, profit participation, real estate, technology, infrastructure, renewable energy, intellectual property, and recurring-income-producing businesses and assets. I am not approaching partnerships simply as conventional employment. I am looking for situations where the contributions of each partner can be clearly defined and where an appropriate economic arrangement—such as equity, profit participation, revenue participation, or another documented interest—can be negotiated based on the value contributed. I am open to starting with a clearly defined project, pilot, or strategic contribution and building toward a deeper partnership when there is demonstrated commercial potential. I value transparency, legitimate business opportunities, clear expectations, proper due diligence, written agreements, and long-term value creation.
