Description We are offering a low-overhead, contract-backed Joint Venture model designed to monetize underutilized digital assets (such as idle Upwork accounts or dormant LinkedIn profiles). The Concept US-based professionals partner with our backend execution team to convert unused platform history into an active revenue stream. We operate on a straightforward 30% net revenue share model: Direct Payments: 100% of incoming client payments land directly into your bank account first. Full Backend Delivery: Our team handles all project proposals, client communications, system architecture, and software development. Minimal Effort: Requires less than 1 hour per week from the partner, managed securely on dedicated secondary hardware. Legally Secured: Formal contracts govern the relationship to protect both parties' assets, accounts, and revenue. Stage Active & Operational. We have established backend software delivery frameworks and are currently onboarding selective US-based technical partners and operators. Why We're Excited There is an incredible amount of untapped value sitting in dormant digital real estate. Most professionals treat unused accounts like plain stones, but when paired with an active, high-capacity backend delivery team, they turn into a scalable, win-win secondary income stream without adding any technical workload to the owner.

Nue Marketplace is an AI-powered procurement intelligence platform being built to help small and mid-sized businesses make smarter, faster, and more confident purchasing decisions. Today, business buying is often fragmented, time-consuming, and difficult to navigate, especially for SMBs that lack dedicated procurement teams or enterprise-level tools. Nue is designed to simplify that process by combining guided buying, supplier discovery, quote comparison, trust and risk signals, and AI-assisted decision support into one smarter procurement experience. Rather than just helping businesses search for products, Nue aims to help them evaluate options, compare suppliers, and make better business purchasing decisions. We are currently in the pre-revenue building stage, focused on product development, market validation, and ecosystem development. I’m excited about this opportunity because SMB procurement remains underserved, and I believe AI can make procurement intelligence more accessible, practical, and scalable for smaller businesses.
Dose Ninja is an AI-powered medication management platform built to make managing medications simpler, safer, and more engaging for patients, caregivers, and care organizations. Medication management is still fragmented across pill bottles, alarms, spreadsheets, portals, and apps that often stop at basic reminders. Dose Ninja brings medication schedules, dose tracking, adherence insights, caregiver workflows, safety tools, clinical reporting, and AI-assisted medication intelligence into one platform. The product is already built and operating with real users, and we've expanded beyond the original consumer experience into dedicated caregiver and care-facility workflows. Our model combines a freemium consumer product with premium subscriptions and a growing B2B opportunity for organizations responsible for medication adherence and coordination. The timing is especially compelling: healthcare is moving toward more patient-centered care, AI is creating new opportunities for useful medication intelligence, and an aging population is increasing the burden placed on family caregivers and care organizations. I started Dose Ninja after recognizing that medication management shouldn't feel like another medical chore. As a software developer, I had the ability to turn that idea into a working product rather than just a concept. I've built Dose Ninja from the ground up, taken it into production, attracted early users, and continue to develop the technology and business around what we're learning from real-world use.
We’re building infrastructure that puts deterministic boundaries between AI decision-making and real-world execution. Autonomous systems can reason, recommend, and propose actions, but consequential authority remains governed by explicit, verifiable rules rather than the model itself. The concept grew from investigating failures across AI systems, security, and autonomous infrastructure where the problem wasn’t that the model lacked intelligence—it was that nothing reliably separated a prediction from an authorized action. We’re developing a layered trust architecture for this gap: runtime authority controls, evidence and receipt generation, policy enforcement, and verifiable execution boundaries. The goal is infrastructure that makes increasingly capable AI systems auditable, governable, and ultimately insurable. We’ve already built and tested working components across verified software, runtime enforcement, cryptographic evidence, AI governance protocols, and GPU/AI infrastructure. We’re now moving from research prototypes and protocols toward a deployable product for organizations putting autonomous systems into consequential environments.
Legal infrastructure for small businesses. ContractOS generates, reviews, and tracks commercial contracts using AI and attorney-curated templates. SMBs get 80% of what a BigLaw attorney would produce at 2% of the cost — in minutes, not weeks.

Fleet management software for commercial EV operators. FleetCharge handles charging schedule optimization, route planning around range and charger availability, utility demand charge management, and driver behavior analytics. Cuts total cost of EV fleet ownership by 22% in pilots.

Skills-based hiring platform that replaces resume screening with structured assessments and work samples. TalentLens measures what candidates can actually do — not where they went to school. Early data shows 3x improvement in quality-of-hire and 50% reduction in time-to-fill for technical roles.

Managed threat detection and response for small businesses. Sentinel monitors your network, endpoints, and email 24/7 using enterprise-grade detection rules — then responds automatically to contain threats before they spread. SMBs pay $299/mo for protection that would cost $300K to build in-house.

Plant performance platform for mid-market manufacturers. Foundry connects to existing SCADA and PLC systems to provide real-time OEE dashboards, predictive maintenance alerts, and production scheduling optimization — without a 12-month implementation. Up and running in 2 weeks.

Creative performance analytics for performance marketers. AdBreak uses computer vision and NLP to analyze what's actually happening in your ad creative — scene, emotion, pacing, copy tone — and correlates it with ROAS, CTR, and retention at the element level. Stop guessing why your ads work.

Team management software for youth sports organizations. Scheduling, rostering, attendance, payments, communication, and tournament registration — all in one mobile-first app. Replacing the chaos of Facebook groups, Venmo, and Excel that every travel sports team runs on.
